Trying to make pistol hides in odd shapes of wood as in burles . trying to find a way to hinge them as they are all irregular shapes and sizes. Usually I partially hollow them out then install a back made of metal cut to size. Have used mirror slide brackets, but really like a hinge or hinges to swing it away from steel anchor plate bolted to wall. Then use heavy magnets to hold closed. Any ideas?
